As a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) listed on the EU Trusted List, we deliver trusted, standards-based Qualified Preservation (QPres) services for Qualified Electronic Signatures (QESig) and Qualified Electronic Seals (QESeal). These services ensure that e-signatures and e-seals remain legally verifiable and valid over the long term.
We align with eIDAS and the ETSI TS 119 511 / 119 512 preservation standards.
Qualified Preservation for Qualified Electronic Signatures (QPres for QESig)
We keep qualified electronic signatures legally verifiable for decades. Certificates can expire or be revoked, and security standards continue to evolve. Our QPres service maintains the legal validity of QESig long after the original signing event by creating formal evidence and renewing it over time. At intake, we validate the signature and generate a signed validation report. We then build an evidence chain using Evidence Record Syntax (ERS) and qualified timestamps, renewing this evidence periodically to keep it current.
Qualified Preservation for Qualified Electronic Seals (QPres for QESeal)
We keep an organisation’s seal trustworthy for the long term. A QESeal proves who issued a record and that it has not been altered. We preserve that assurance and trust in the seal, so sealed content retains its presumption of origin and integrity across years of retention even as cryptographic methods and regulatory requirements evolve. Seals are validated at intake, with formal evidence captured and renewed on schedule to ensure continued verifiability.
